Any changes in existing <br /> accesses or new accesses requires a permit from the area maintenance supervisor. <br /> Joint driveways should be utilized wherever possible. <br /> Petition 7143. CTH "FF" is not a controlled access highway. Access is to be from <br /> Sanfield Road. <br /> Petition 7144. CTH "A" is not a controlled access highway. Any changes in existing <br /> accesses or new accesses requires a permit from the area maintenance supervisor. <br /> Joint driveways should be utilized wherever possible. <br /> C.U.P. 1477. CTH "TT" is not a controlled access highway. Any changes of use which <br /> increases the amount of traffic utilizing the access will require a change of use access <br /> permit. <br /> Petition 7149. CTH "CV" is a controlled access highway. Any changes of use which <br /> increases the amount of traffic utilizing the access will require a change of use access <br /> permit. Considering the number of lots it appears a type A intersection with a <br /> passing lane will be required. The construction of the passing lane will be <br /> difficult due to the close proximity of the houses and the drainage. The <br /> deceleration lane and the passing lane will need to be connected to the existing <br /> improvements to the south. <br /> C.U.P. 1479. CTH "M" is a controlled access highway. The traffic generated from the <br /> developments in this area requires the improvement to the intersections with Willow <br /> Drive. The improvements would include a Type A or B intersection with a passing lane. <br /> No direct access onto CTH "M" should be allowed. <br /> C.U.P. 1480. CTH "A" is not a controlled access highway.
