The site shall be developed according to the site plan received on 2/27/98, except that(a)the <br /> gasoline pumps and car wash shown on the plan shall not be developed until appropriate <br /> commercial zoning and conditional use pemrits are obtained for such uses and (b) all proposed <br /> handicapped accessible spaces shall meet ADA size standards. <br />
