I. FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> The committee may wish to delay action on this request until the applicant can provide a <br /> sufficiently detailed site plan of the project. Assuming a more detailed plan does not reveal any <br /> additional problems,the following conditions would satisfy the concerns addressed in this report: <br /> 1. The kennel shall not house more than 105 dogs and 30 cats at any given time. <br /> 2. All dogs boarded at the kennel shall be kept indoors between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 <br /> a.m. <br /> 3. The landowner shall maintain a contract with an appropriately licensed hauler to remove all <br /> animal wastes from the site and dispose of them in an environmentally sound manner. <br /> 4. The landowners shall, at their own expense,hire a licensed master plumber to conduct an <br /> inspection of the sanitary system associated with the caretaker's residence on the property no <br /> later than sixty days after this permit is approved. <br />
