Project completion and certification deadline of July 1, 1995. <br /> • FINDING OF FACT: <br /> • 1) . Project area is a registered non-conforming mineral extraction <br /> s site. <br /> 2) . Encroachment into shoreland areas require Special Exception <br /> Permit while excavations beyond are permitted. <br /> 3) . Department of Natural Resources and Army Corps permits may <br /> also be required. <br /> 4) . Department of Natural Resources has classified pothole lying <br /> West of road as navigable water. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned with specified conditions; will not <br /> result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, <br /> sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and <br /> healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> #2602 .
