This proposed day care center is in an existing building in a secluded location along Raymond Road. <br /> The building was built and used as a rehabilitation center. With no additions proposed,there does not appear to be <br /> any land use issues. <br /> However,with 40 children and a proposed staff of 12,there will be a significant increase in traffic on Raymond <br /> Road. Since there is no place of employment nearby,there will be significant rush hour traffic of parents leaving <br /> their children in the morning and picking them up after work. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> C.U.P. 1420 The existing private sewage system was sized for a commercial facility with a daily wastewater <br /> load of 3,750 gallons. This office has no objection to a proposed facility with a daily wastewater load which does <br /> not exceed the design capacity for the system. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> C.U.P. 1420. CTH"PD" is a controlled access highway. No access to this lot presently from CTH"PD". Access <br /> from CTH"PD"would be difficult to permit because of limited sight distance.** <br /> OTHER <br />
