N6 TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT <br /> Regarding Zoning Petition # 6ggg Public Hearing q/2 <br /> Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of PLEASANT SPRINGS having considered <br /> said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said petition is hereby (Approved/Denied). <br /> The Town Planning Commission, <br /> consisting of 7 members voted 7 in favor and 0 opposed. <br /> The Town Board, <br /> consisting of 5 members voted 5 in favor and 0 opposed. <br /> The above petition is subject to the following conditions: (Cross out or write none if there are no <br /> conditions) <br /> Rezone 3 acres from A-1 EX to A-2(2) . approximately 26 acres from <br /> A-1 EX to A-2 with a deed restriction for no further residential <br /> development due to density <br /> (attach additional page(s)as required) <br /> Please note; If the proposed rezoning is approved by the Town Board, but this rezone does not comply <br /> with the Town Land Use Plan, please explain the approval.
