Accordingly, the subject parcel enjoys a <br /> non-conforming status with respect to the provisions of the Dane County Land Division <br /> Regulations and the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. The staff comment (copy attached), <br /> relative to Zoning Petition # 6891, is not applicable.
