Completion and execution of a Development Agreement pertaining to the extension of <br /> required public facilities serving the site. <br /> Components of this agreement include, among other items, the provision that the area to be <br /> rezoned by Petition #6893 be re-configured to match the proposed CSM lot and that <br /> restrictive covenants be placed on other properties with the Chase Farm & Chase Farms First <br /> Addition plats that will restrict further building permit issuance pending the Town's <br /> determination that adequate storm water detention has been or will be constructed. <br /> At this writing, 1 anticipate that this agreement will be approved at a special Town Board <br /> meeting scheduled for June 11th. <br /> Please defer final County action, however, until receipt of notice of the Town's approval of <br /> the agreement. <br /> Please call me if I can provide additional info <br /> [-. 1 11 <br /> Sincerely, <br /> #44,1 i r JUN t 2 <br /> Jim Bricker, Business Manager <br /> Town of Windsor D.C.
