I also request that the committee recommends the County take action consistent <br /> with he Town Board's action--which is scheduled for June 5th. Essentially, this would <br /> "overlap" the County's and the Town's review and approval schedule: <br /> May 22 Town Plan Commission (completed) <br /> June 3 ZNR Committee <br /> June .5 Town Board <br /> June 19 County Board <br /> At the June 5th meeting, the Town Board will be considering a development agreement for <br /> this project. The agreement addresses the extension of the public street, water and sewer <br /> lines, and the storm water management facilities required by Town ordinance, to serve the <br /> proposed CSM lot. I am cautiously optimistic that this agreement will be executed at that <br /> time. In which case, the project should be afforded the opportunity to move forward to <br /> implementation as rapidly as possible. <br />
