MAY 29 '97 08:38AM TOWN OF WESTPORT P.3/8" <br /> TOWN OF WESTPORT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-25 <br /> RESOLUTION BY THE TOWN BOARD OF TOWN OF WESTPORT <br /> REGARDING THE PRELMNARY PLAT FOR THE; <br /> CARRIAGE RIDGE EXTENSION WITHIN THE TOWN OF WESTPORT, <br /> DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN <br /> WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat entitled"Preliminary Plat-First Addition to Carriage <br /> �rv��Ridge" dated � l Z , 1997 (the "Plat"),), was submitted to the Town of Westport for <br /> review and action, and the statutory review period will expire on NAY 24 117`11 <br /> 1997 (copy of Plat attached); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Plat was referred to the Plan Commission for review and <br /> recommendation to the Town Board of Supervisors; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission and Board have reviewed the Plat and met with <br /> legal counsel and with the owners of the property, Carriage Ridge, LLC, (the <br /> "Developer"), with respect to the proposed development; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission held a public hearing on the Plat on April 14, <br /> 1997. <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission and Board have determined that the Plat will <br /> only be consistent with the Town Land Use Plan, applicable Town Ordinances, and <br /> Wisconsin Statutes, if all of the various conditions set forth below are met; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Town of Westport Board of Supervisors hereby resolves <br /> that, based on the above, the Preliminary Nat of tuc post Addition -to-Can-hip-Ridge-- --- <br /> dated ` T(4a-eH 1 , 1997, be conditionally annroved suhiect to the fnhlAwina. <br />
