The Town Attorney shall review and approve all deed restrictions proposed <br /> by the Developer prior to the Clerk's signature on the final plat. <br /> 10. The Developer shall comply with any rules, regulations, and permits of <br /> County, State or Federal agencies with respect to the sewerage system, wells, erosion <br /> control, stormwater drainage control, and construction erosion and drainage control <br /> measures, as well as all provisions of Town Ordinances. <br /> 11. Proper Zoning shall be obtained so as to allow one single family home for <br /> each of the lots created. <br /> 12. A public sanitary sewage system to provide public sewer to all developed <br /> lots shall be required for development of the property as approved by the Town Engineer. <br /> 13. The Town's Land Use Plan shall be modified as required, as shall the <br /> appropriate Urban Service Area. All the property comprising the Plat shall become part <br /> of the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District, and the appropriate Sewer Utility District, <br /> which shall provide sewerage services to the Plat property. An agreement approved by <br /> the Town attorney shall be entered to provide that the Developer will pay the cost and <br /> fees, including attorney fees, incurred by the Town to accomplish the same. <br /> 14. The Town Engineer shall review and approve plans and specifications for <br /> technical compliance and for road construction and design. <br /> 15.
