As I indicated to you the Town Plan Commission has <br /> conditionally approved the Preliminary Plat along with the request for zoning and a <br /> CUP on the south 40 for a horse barn. The Town Board will also be approving the <br /> Plat at their May 5,1997 meeting. They continued action on the plat at their last <br /> meeting as their was confusion on the Towns' Attorneys' part and he thought the action <br /> was going to be brought up at the May meeting and thus did not have the document <br /> with the conditions of the plan commission prepared. <br /> I have also enclosed copies of the Town of Westport Resolution NO. 97-1 <br /> amending the Land Use District, Resolution NO. 95-66 incorporating the parcel into <br /> the Water Utility District and Resolution NO. 97-4 authorizing the commencement of <br /> action to request Amendment of the Central Urban Service Area. A draft of the <br /> Amendment request has been submitted to RPC and review comments have been sent <br /> back.
