- i - <br /> TOWN OF WESTPORT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95- ((€. <br /> A RESOLUTION BY THE TOWN BOARD OTFTYPEERVIS S NOF THE <br /> TOWN OF WESTPORT, DANE C N <br /> TO INCLUDE PROPERTY IN THE <br /> TOWN OF WESTPORT WATER UTILITY DISTRICT <br /> (Carriage Ridge Addition) <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town of Westport Board of <br /> Supervisors and the Town of Westport Water Utility District Commission on November <br /> 8, 1995, to discuss a proposal that certain property be included in the Town of Westport <br /> Water Utility District pursuant to sec. 66.072, Wis. Stats.; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property to be included is described in Exhibit A attached hereto; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town of Westport Water Utility District Commission has <br /> considered the proposal and recommended to the Town Board of Supervisors that the <br /> property should be included in the Town of Westport Water Utility District, subject to the <br /> execution by the Owner, the Town, and the Town of Westport Water Utility District of <br /> the agreement attached as Exhibit B hereto; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Board of Supervisors has considered the proposal and <br /> determined that the property should be included in the Town of Westport Water Utility <br /> District, subject to the execution by the Owner, the Town, and the Town of Westport <br /> Water Utility District of the agreement attached as Exhibit B hereto; <br /> (I:\WIP\8006■6)1INCRESI MPD <br /> 0122961236 <br />
