p <br /> Wayne Acker Conditional Use Permit Request c g <br /> TO ALLOW: Boarding Stables & horse Training A t <br /> 6729 Patton Road ^' m <br /> Planning Committee Findings: 5 <br /> CA z <br /> The Town of Vienna Plati Committee found that the requested conditional use permit reques to al$w <br /> horse boarding stables, a riding arena, and horse and rider training.., was found to meet the s x standards <br /> for a conditional use in the A-2 District, with conditions to be attached to the property and conditional <br /> permit which will insure that the six standards will continue to be met in the future use of that property. <br /> SIX CONDITIONAL USE STANDARDS: <br /> I) Public health, safety, comfort, and general welfare: The Vienna Plan Committee felt that there would <br /> be no appreciable lessening of safety, comfort, or general welfare of any of the adjoining property or <br /> to the Town of Vienna. <br /> 2) uses of other property which would he demented, or impaired in any appreciable manner: The Plan <br /> Committee found that the surrounding properties and uses were used in a similar manner and that <br /> with reasonable conditions no substantial loss of use or comfort would occur to those properties. <br /> 3) The use would impede normal and orderly development of the surrounding property for permitted <br /> uses: The Vienna Plan Committee found the surrounding property to be large lot country <br /> development and agricultural uses and that the Vienna.Town Plan did not include other uses to be <br /> maintained in this district and area of the Town. <br /> 4) Adequate utilities, access roads, drainage, and other necessary improvements have been made or will <br /> be made: The Plan Committee found that existing roads, utilities, and public improvements were <br /> adequate to serve this use and that no additional services or improvements were necessary for the <br /> request conditional use. <br /> 5) ingress and Egress designed as to minimize congestion on public roads ect: The Committee found that <br /> traffic for this use would not substantially increased and that existing roads would be able to serve the <br /> use without a decrease in safety. <br /> 6) That the conditional use shall adequately conform to all applicable regulations: The Plan Committee <br /> found that the requested conditional use would meet the stated requirement now and in the future <br /> with the following conditions... <br /> a) No additional building would be constructed for this use with the exception of the enclosure of <br /> area between existing building... which would provide a riding arena and horse training facility, <br /> and a iced and hay storage building addition of approximately 10' by 60' in seize. <br /> ( ôu.et' <br />
