b) outside lighting would be limited to security and safety lighting and would not be placed on the <br /> sight to allow night uses for outdoor uses of horse or rider training. <br /> c) the number of non-family employees serving the requested boarding and training at any one time <br /> would be limited to three persons. <br /> d) Only one sign advertising the uses allowed on the property would be allowed and the sign would <br /> limited to a size of5 feet X 10 feet in size and would be unlighted. <br /> e) The number of animals hoarded on the sight would be limited to one and one half animal units per <br /> acre. The total units not to exceed twenty-six units. <br /> f) No retail shop shall be operated on the property, and sales of necessary assecories shall be <br /> limited to persons boarding or training horses on the property. <br /> It is therefore the recommendation of the Vienna Plan Committee that the Vienna Town Board <br /> approve and support the requested conditional use permit to the Dane County Zoning department. The <br /> Plan Committee recommendation was with an understanding that the request was an extension of the <br /> agricultural uses in the Town and surrounding properties. <br /> April 8, 1997 <br /> The Vienna Town Board voted three in favor and none opposed to support this request for a CUP <br /> by Mr. Wayne Acker with the above mentioned conditions applied to the CUP Permit.
