b) outside lighting would be limited to security and safety lighting and would not be placed on the
sight to allow night uses for outdoor uses of horse or rider training.
c) the number of non-family employees serving the requested boarding and training at any one time
would be limited to three persons.
d) Only one sign advertising the uses allowed on the property would be allowed and the sign would
limited to a size of5 feet X 10 feet in size and would be unlighted.
e) The number of animals hoarded on the sight would be limited to one and one half animal units per
acre. The total units not to exceed twenty-six units.
f) No retail shop shall be operated on the property, and sales of necessary assecories shall be
limited to persons boarding or training horses on the property.
It is therefore the recommendation of the Vienna Plan Committee that the Vienna Town Board
approve and support the requested conditional use permit to the Dane County Zoning department. The
Plan Committee recommendation was with an understanding that the request was an extension of the
agricultural uses in the Town and surrounding properties.
April 8, 1997
The Vienna Town Board voted three in favor and none opposed to support this request for a CUP
by Mr. Wayne Acker with the above mentioned conditions applied to the CUP Permit. The action
was taken by the Vienna Town Board at the conclusion of a Public I bearing held by the Town of
Vienna on April 7th, 1997.
Robert Pulvermacher
Vienna Town Clerk
