DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO 6913 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts m the Town of Verona. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6913 Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 and part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4,Section 12, Town of Verona,and part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 and part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4,Section 13,town of Verona,described as follows: Commencing at the S 1/4 corner of said Section 12; thence S 89°24' 05"W along Section line 327.36 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 0°48' 12"W.441.65 feet to Highway right-of--way thence N 54°25'40"E 1130.52 feet; thence N 24°10'54"W 387.19 feet to the center of Nesbitt Road; thence along centerline on curve to right radius 2864.79 feet and Long Chord S 67°27'49"W 164.51 feet; thence S 69°06'32"W 644.45 feet; thence S 0°08'42"W 276.40 feet to the point of beginning.
