The Planning Committee meeting minutes state that there was a list of changes that the Adkins <br /> would need to make/address from the"Commercial Recreation"pages of the Town Plan. The <br /> Adkins were requested to prepare a proposal satisfying these issues. In the meantime,the issue <br /> was held in abeyance for 60 days. <br /> The minutes from Town Board meeting only two weeks later however,report input from the <br /> Building Inspector only. The Adkins could not have rectified any concerns in that short period of <br /> time. It appears they were not even allowed to speak at the meeting before the request was denied. <br /> We agree that the items in the"Commercial Recreation"sections of the Town Plan need to be met <br /> and would like to then see The Adkins given the chance to again make their request to the Town <br /> Board when the Town Plan's requirements have been met. <br /> Since the arena's purpose was for riding lessons and since lessons were conducted there for <br /> several years without major objections from the neighbors,we feel this is still an acceptable use if <br /> the Adkins comply with the appropriate regulations. , ,,..,...,...._, <br /> s.. . ; .,, <br /> / ��9� <br /> Paul is ' ,_11 : II Peggy Cunningham <br /> NVA Z Oh <br />
