May 11, 1997 <br /> Dane County Planning and Development <br /> Dane County Zoning and Natural Resources Committee <br /> To whom it may concern: <br /> We support the petition of Loraine and William Adkins for a conditional use permit to <br /> use the property at 3847 West Jargo Road in the Town of Cottage Grove as a riding <br /> stable. We live next door to this property and do not feel that the riding stable would <br /> have any negative impact on the neighborhood traffic or noise. We also do not believe <br /> that the barn causes any impediment to visibility on West Jargo Road. I travel West <br /> Jargo everyday and have never felt the building to be a problem. <br /> We understand that this petition was denied without equitable discussion at the Cottage <br /> Grove Town Board meeting on May 5, 1997.
