May 11, 1997 <br /> Dane County Planning and Development <br /> Dane County Zoning and Natural Resources Committee <br /> Dear Dane County: <br /> We support the petition of Loraine and William Adkins for the Conditional Use Permit to use the <br /> property at 3847 West Jargo Road as a riding stable for the purpose of giving horse riding lessons in <br /> the limited number. <br /> The Adkins have informed us that they intend to teach about 15-20 riding lessons per week. We <br /> believe that this small quantity of lessons will not have a negative impact on neighborhood traffic or <br /> noise. <br /> We do not believe that proposed riding lessons site,the barn located on this property,causes a visibility <br /> problem on West Jargo Road.
