Russ told them that we could not do anything because <br /> corp counsel did not prosecute, but from what Cal told us yesterday <br /> that was his internal policy and that did not stop us from issuing a <br /> citation. These people contacted us in January and have been helping <br /> document this and are frustrated that not even a citation has been <br /> issued. I think we should issue one.
