July 25, 1997 <br /> To: Dane County Zoning and Planning Committee Members <br /> From: Concerned Springdale Township Residents <br /> Re: Petition #6931 - Rezoning property owned by Michael Mackler <br /> From A-1 Agricultural to C-2 <br /> Attached you will find a petition that has been signed by residents of the Town of <br /> Springdale who live in the neighborhood of the property that is to be rezoned. <br /> As stated in the petition, development of this property commercially does not follow <br /> either the current 1981 land use plan or the proposed March 1997 plan. During the <br /> approval process, Town of Springdale Planning committee members indicated that this <br /> area was included in the area targeted for light commercial development. Currently <br /> there are 3 homes and a religious meeting place in this area. We would like to see the <br /> Town Board follow the plan that they have submitted for development rather than allow <br /> haphazard development to occur. <br /> ()\\ <br /> 14". <br /> t%4G <br /> r <br />
