The proposal is outside of the <br /> Land Use Plan submitted to the county for approval in March 1997 as well as the Plan <br /> of 1981. We feel that rezoning of such property would open up other neighboring <br /> properties to commercial development as well. The Land Use Plan as drawn up by the <br /> Springdale Planning Commission did not include any of this area as commercial <br /> development and we feel that the committee should be consistent with the plan as <br /> submitted.
