r DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6931 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springdale. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springdale be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial District's the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 6931—Part of Lot#1, Certified Survey Map number 7696,as located in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; and in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4; all in Section 16, Town of Springdale, described thusly: Beginning at the NW corner of said Lot#1; thence S 57°28' 36"E 257.06 feet; thence S 64°59' 11"E 180 feet; thence S 19° 21' 26" W 310 feet; thence N 70° 38' 34" W 50 feet; thence N 60°23' 31"W 385.88 feet; thence N 22°30' 21 E 324.96 feet to point of begnining. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning CONDMONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3Xa) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions: 1.New building no bigger than 40'by 110'and replacement of the three structures is permitted if the structures would be burned or destroyed. 2. Activities: Outside activities will be restricted to: a. Machinery auctions. '�� l 0 q,- b. Specialty livestock auctions. ef. c. Unusual and small animal auctions. d. Hay auctions. e. Overstock of items for building. f. Only one outside auction per week of the above five. g. No amplification outside when amplification is occurring inside. Only wireless amplification can be used outside. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
