Property owner will take responsibility for checking parking area for refuse at the conclusion <br /> of the activities. <br /> 6. Property owner will be responsible for planting and maintaining area surrounding parking lot <br /> to reduce run off and erosion to neighboring property. <br /> 7. Refuse container will be screened from public view. <br /> 8. No fermented or malt beverages may be sold or served. <br /> 9. No parking or public road ways will be permitted. <br /> 10. Lighting of parking lot will be turned off 1/2 hour after activities are over, only security <br /> lights on building will remain on and will be directed downward. <br /> 11. A chain gate is to be put across driveway when auction activities are not held. <br /> 12. Temporary storage and parking of trailers will be confined to the loading zone. <br /> 13. The primary business purpose will be auctions. <br /> 14. To incorporate the approved site plan dated June 30, 1997, the only use in the C-2 is for <br /> auctions. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
