Findings on Petit on 6952 j --EULT <br /> 1. The proposed re-zoning is located in an Agricultural <br /> Preservation Area designated by the Town of Verona. <br /> a. The previous RH-2 re-zoning consistent with that plan <br /> allows two residences. <br /> b. This proposal would allow an increase in the number of <br /> residences in conflict with that plan. <br /> 2. In the agricultural preservation area, a two acre minimum lot <br /> size is required and this proposal would allow a duplex on 0.6 <br /> acres. <br /> 3 . The Town of Verona has denied the petition. <br />
