It is expected the final certified survey <br /> will be recorded in the next few weeks. <br /> I have an accepted offer to purchase the new parcel to <br /> be created, that is conditioned upon my ability to <br /> relocate an existing home currently located at 3466/68 <br /> Junction Road, approximately one mile from this <br /> location. I have enclosed a letter from the current - -` <br /> owner Rhonda Pritchett (conservator for Phyllis ,)regorh <br /> requesting the rezone. <br /> The house to be relocated is a farm house that had a <br /> second unit added approximately 30 years ago to <br /> accommodate the former owners son and daughter-in-law <br /> as they farmed the property. The home is exceptional <br /> condition. Unfortunately it will have to be destroyed <br /> if a suitable relocation site cannot be found. It is <br /> currently located at the entrance to a recent sub- <br /> division of up-scale homes in the City of Madison and <br /> is not compatible with the new homes scheduled for <br /> construction. <br /> Project Number <br />
