When a Dunn Commission member asked <br /> him if he had ever used this building for a business , he said "No ." <br /> We have seen him conduct business activity since this meeting , We feel <br /> that he will take advantage even more of this hobby shop and use it <br /> for more business activity , and it will be hard to enforce once the <br /> second story is built on. <br /> We felt it was time for us to speak up to put this out in the open. <br /> This hobby shop (business building) is changing our quality of life <br /> and decreasing our property values . <br /> Please deny this expansion and put some restrictions on this hobby <br /> shop .
