Smiley, Director <br /> Community and Regional Development Planning <br /> DATE: August 19. 1997 <br /> RE: Petition#6950 and Town Plan Amendment <br /> Attached for information is a copy of a 1995 aerial photo at a scale of 1” = <br /> 400' with the area of Petition#6950 superimposed. The proposed depth of lots is <br /> 225 feet. Thus, there will be approximately 250 feet between the lots and the <br /> barns to the east. <br /> Also attached is a resolution from the Town of Sun Prairie amending the Town <br /> Land Use Plan for the area included in Petition#6950. <br /> Due to notice periods and monthly meeting schedules, the earliest possible RPC <br /> hearing date will be September 25, 1997. The hearing before the ZNR <br /> Committee will probably have to be in late October.
