We will sell only 1 or 2 lots each year and the additional cash <br /> flow these lots will create could mean the difference between <br /> saving a small family farm or becoming just another statistic. <br /> This farm is our future - our retirement fund. If we can't make <br /> a living farming while we are young, how are we going to stay on <br /> the farm until our retirement when we can pass it along to <br /> another young farmer who cares as much about the land as we do. <br /> In closing we feel this proposal should be approved because: <br /> 1. The Town of Sun Prairie has given us unanimous approval. <br /> 2. We have shown the field is too small to farm <br /> economically. <br /> 3. It would remedy the dangerous intersection at Creek Haven <br /> Road and Hwy. TT. <br /> 4. It creates small lots within a cluster of rural homes <br /> which is what the Zoning Committee prefers for rural <br /> development. <br /> Please give careful thought to our petition.
