Our original design/business concept being a Country Bed & <br /> Breakfast namely the historic"Johnson Inn" will reside on the existing homestead dating <br /> back to the 1800's. <br /> Upon extensive research by independent Engineers/Septic firms, the Johnson's have <br /> realized that serving water/septic needs independently for a sole business would be cost <br /> prohibitive and not justified environmentally. <br /> Thus, we respectfully request the additional area zoned commercial which will include the <br /> area around and including the existing burned down dairy facility, buildings damaged by <br /> the fire and the • - •it for dditional small business such as veterinary clinic,—photo <br /> studio an. orage facilities.
