It <br /> appears that the property falls within the extra-territorial boundaries of the Village. <br /> A postponement would be greatly appreciated so the Village can study and make known <br /> its opinion about the impact both favorable and adverse of this proposed usage. <br /> As you know, there have been zoning requests in the Town that have been granted in the <br /> past which have had and continue to have negative impact.
