214 ENFORCEMENT: <br /> These covenants and restrictions may be enforced by any lot <br /> owner by proceedings at law or in equity against any person or <br /> persons violating or attempting to violate the same, whether to <br /> retrain the violations or to recover damages. <br /> 22. MISCELLANEOUS CONVENANTS: <br /> Wells: Jointly shared wells will be installed. La Verne and <br /> Bonnie Reible will install the shared wells. Cost of installation <br /> and operation will be jointly shared by lot owners. Lot owners <br /> shared cost will be due payable to the Reible 's at the time of <br /> hook-up. <br /> Private wells are okay. <br /> Lots 2, 3, & 4 will share a well . <br /> Lots 5, 6, 7, & 8 will share a well . <br /> Lots 9, 10, & 11 will share a well . <br /> Sewer; Municipal sewer hook-up, if required by the town <br /> ship will need to be completed. <br /> No discharge of storm water or drainage of any kind shall <br /> be permitted from a lot onto an adjoining lot except as natural <br /> surface drainage occurs from said lot as improved. <br /> Easements for the installation and maintenance of public <br /> and private utilities are reserved on the Plat and, specifically, <br /> the right is herely reserved to enter upon any lot at any time to ' <br /> install, lay, construct, renew, operate or maintain any conduits, <br /> cables, pipes, pumps, tanks or other apparatus and parts within <br /> said easements for such purposes and to remove any building or <br /> other structure, or trees or landscaping, that interfere or <br /> threaten to interfere with sais utility usage. To the extent <br /> possible, such utilities shall be installed underground. No <br /> permanent building or other structures shall be placed on any such <br /> easements, but such easements may be used for gardens, landscaping <br /> or other purposes that do not interfere with the use of such <br /> easement for utility purposes. <br /> -7- <br />
