16. COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION: <br /> Construction of all buildings shall be completed within 6 <br /> months after issuance of a building permit for the respective <br /> building. Landscaping (including grading, sodding, and seeding) <br /> shall be completed within 90 days of completion of construction, <br /> provided weather conditions so allow. <br /> 17. EASEMENT: <br /> Ferry Bluff Eagle Council, Inc. has a Conservation Easement <br /> on all lots that superceeds all Covenants. <br /> DNR has a 66 ' driveway easement off Kehl Road for ingress <br /> or egress to Parcel A. This is attached to lot 2. <br /> 18. TERM: <br /> These covenants and restrictions shall run with the lands <br /> above described and shall be binding upon all persons having an <br /> interest in said lands until �yl.�(/.Ihc. <br /> Thereafter the covenants and �lrestrictfons shall be automatically <br /> extended for successive periods of 5 years unless an snstrument <br /> signed by the majority of owners of all the lots is recorded <br /> agreeing to terminate this Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions. <br /> 19. AMENDMENT: <br /> During the initial term of the Covenants and Restrictions <br /> and after Laverne J and Bonita S Reible are no longer owners <br /> of an interest in any lot within the Eagle Terrace Subdivision, <br /> this Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions may be amended <br /> only by instrument executed by at least 75% of the then owners <br /> of the lots within the Subdivision and duly recorded in the office <br /> of the Register of Deeds. <br /> 20.
