I am quite happy with and understand <br /> the current quarry use on the Halverson land. BUT I AM OPPOSED <br /> TQ A1Y,Y_uzzoNJ,,NG 2 Q O2 AT PHI Tua_Localum. <br /> Halverson is not complying with the current zoning <br /> restrictions. He has installed a sign, and he has non-related <br /> trucks parked at the location. <br /> Halverson's "story" has changed over time. From the <br /> first meeting with the Albion planning and zoning board to <br /> now, Halverson's has moved from an "aggressive trucking firm" <br /> to a few trucks that will haul gravel from the pit. From the <br /> beginning, Halverson has never intended to use his trucks to <br /> haul any large percentage of the material quarried on site. <br /> From what t know of Halverson, I believe that he will <br /> challenge the limits of any zoning he is working under. And <br /> will present a oversight problem.
