I suspect that <br /> your committee will be receiving formal confirmation from the Town of Berry Board and <br /> would ask that the County Board likewise approve the rezoning. I am also sending you a <br /> copy of a letter that I received from Norb Scribner, stating that a rezone is not required in <br /> this case due to the fact that this is a pre-existing parcel. However, we are still requesting <br /> that there be a rezone for the reason that we would prefer that there be a conforming, <br /> rather than a non-conforming parcel and we believe that this makes good sense.
