LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF LAND BEING RE-ZONED <br /> The South 215 feet of the the East 490 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast <br /> Quarter, section 17, Town 8 North,Range 7 East, Town of Berry, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin. <br /> PURPOSE OF RE-ZONING <br /> The above described lands are being re-zoned from A-1 agricultural lands for RIH- <br /> 1 zoning for the purpose of allowing for the construction of a single family residence <br /> upon such lands. Most of such lands although zoned A-1 agricultural, are not currently <br /> being used as farmland because of the terrain and location of such lands. <br /> All of one-half of an acre of such lands of currently owned by Orland and <br /> Marjorie Danz and upon having a rezoning application approved the Danzs plan to sell <br /> such lands to the petitioner so they can within the next 6 to 12 months construct a single <br /> family residence on such lands making use of an existing separate 1/2 acre parcel which <br /> at one point has a one room school house. <br />
