TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT <br /> CAV <br /> 921 <br /> Regarding Zoning Petition# Public Hearing <br /> Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of Dunn having considered <br /> said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said petition is hereby (Approved/petted). <br /> The Town Planning Commission, <br /> consisting of 7 members voted 6 in favor and o opposed. 1 abstain <br /> The Town Board, <br /> consisting of 3 members voted in favor and o opposed. <br /> The above petition is subject to the following conditions: (Cross out or write none if there are no <br /> conditions) <br /> Notation: It is the intention of the Town of Dunn to petition for <br /> A residential zoning with a conditional use permit for the 3 acre parcel <br /> Lot 1 when the town receives title to this parcel dmmir' bd i re, 1998. <br /> (attach additional page(s)as required) <br /> Please note If the proposed rezoning is approved by the Town Board, but this rezone does not comply <br /> with the Town Land Use Plan, please explain the approval.
