Egle <br /> nonstock corporation, (hereinafter "Gathering P.O. Box 1784 <br /> Waters"), each as a holder of the conservation Madison, Wisconsin 53701-1784 <br /> easement and development rights pursuant to <br /> section 700.40(1)(a) of the Wisconsin Statutes.
