ANALYSIS <br /> A The property is presently 292.2 Acres which would allow for 8.4 splits. The town plan <br /> rounds the fractions as follows: <br /> "For any fraction less than 18/35ths, only the whole number of lots may be <br /> created". Thus the number of splits allowed is a total of 8. <br /> In 1992 the property had a land division(CSM#6948). There was an original farm <br /> house on it. However, such division is considered a split as it was done after the plan <br /> adoption of 1981. Thus the number of available splits is 7. <br />
