Density Study Summary for Rezone # 6993, Christian <br /> August 1997 Public Hearing <br /> The land being considered for rezone was under the ownership of Derr <br /> Farms, Inc. at the time of A-1 Ex adoption by the town of York (9/10/79). Total <br /> farm acreage at that time consisted of approximately 356 acres. It appears as if <br /> there has been one split since 9/10/79. <br /> One question that arose during density research - there were two adjacent <br /> ownerships immediately to the east of the Derr Farms, Inc. under the names <br /> Donald Derr, and the Michael Derr estate, consisting of about 160 acres.
