Density Study Summary for Rezone # 6980, Slotten <br /> August 1997 Public Hearing <br /> The land being considered for rezone was under the ownership of Grant <br /> Slotten at the time of A-1 Ex adoption by the town of Primrose (12/16/85). Total <br /> farm acreage under Grant Slotten at that time consisted of approximately 311 <br /> acres. Two splits have taken place on this land since 12/16/85, and are listed <br /> below. <br /> A question exists as to whether the lands to the southwest, owned by <br /> Jeannette Slotten at the time of A-1 Ex adoption, were under the same ownership <br /> prior to A-1 Ex adoption. If this is in fact the case, additional potential splits could <br /> possibly apply as well. Attempts to contact applicant by staff to determine this <br /> • were unsuccessful.
