DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6980 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Primrose. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes Districts <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6980 <br /> Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Primrose described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 27;thence N 00° 00' 00"East, <br /> S 66° 26' to the centerline of Nessa Road; thence N 47° 29' 49" East along said <br /> centerline, 271.28 feet to the Southeast corner of Dane County CSM#6361 and the point <br /> of beginning; thence N 00° 00' 00"East along the East line of said CSM 6361, 191.62 <br /> feet; thence N 51° 13' 19"East along said East line 162.10 feet; thence N 64° 55' 07" <br /> East, 771.78 feet; thence N 11° 30' 00"East, 249.35 feet to the centerline of CTH U and <br /> the point of curvature of a 460 foot radius centerline curve to the right; thence <br /> Southeaterly 443. 62 feet along the arc of said centerline curve, making a central angle of <br /> 55° 15' 21" and a long chord of 426.63 feet that bears S 35° 52' 20" East to the <br /> intersection with the centerline of Nessa Road; thence S 70° 00' 00" West along said <br /> centerline, 873.06 feet to the point of curvature of a 570.00 feet radius centerline curve to <br /> the left; thence Southwesterly 223.87 feet along the arc of said centerline curve, making a <br /> central angle of 22° 30' 11"and a long chord of 222.43 feet that bears S 58° 44' 54" <br /> West, thence S 47° 29' 49" West along said centerline, 155.32 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERI1F1ED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
