As per our usual procedure, I sent Planning Division Staff
Comments on this item to both the applicant (St. Martin's Church) and the applicant's agent
(Madison Country Day School). These comments included the site plan.
On August 25, I received a phone call from a representative from St. Martin's Church. He
expressed concern that (a) the proposed parking layout had not been reviewed by Church
representatives, and may not meet the Church's needs and (b) the proposed location for the
temporary classroom was not in the area previously agreed to by Church representatives. I
suggested that he contact the Madison Country Day School representative to discuss these issues.
Attempts to phone both individuals this afternoon to learn whether the issues had been resolved
were unsuccessful.
