Minutes of ZNR Committee AUGUST 26 97 Page 9 <br /> Aug.28,1997 <br /> Karen-I have yet to complete the minutes from the August 26, 1997 ZNR meeting however these are <br /> the conditions that were placed on CUP#1452 which was approved on a 5-0 vote. <br /> 1. The site shall be developed according to a revised site plan approved by the Planning <br /> and Development staff, the revised plan shall be submitted no later than September <br /> 30, 1997 <br /> 2. Before September 30, 1997, the applicant or agent shall paint parking stall stripes on <br /> the existing parking lot in a manner generally consistent with the revised site plan. <br /> Before painting the stripes, the applicant or agent shall submit and have approved by <br /> the Zoning Division a detailed parking plan showing dimensions of all parking stalls <br /> and drive aisles. <br /> 3. The applicant shall apply for and receive all necessary zoning permits for the"new <br /> relocatable classroom" and any structural alterations to the existing school building, <br /> and any necessary sign permits for existing or proposed signage. <br /> 4. School enrollment shall not exceed 75 children. <br /> 5. All recommended Town of Springfield conditions. <br /> 6. The revised site plan shall be approved by both the Country Day School represenatives <br /> and those from the St. Martins Church.. <br />
