The <br /> condition read, "If Retriever Club stops using parcel for club use, or if it is sold for any reason, parcel <br /> reverts back to original Al-Ex zoning." <br /> The Dunkirk Town Board, at its August 4, 1998 meeting approved the following substitute condition, <br /> which you said would be acceptable: <br /> If the Madison Retriever Club either changes the use of this parcel or sells it, the Club will <br /> petition for a zoning change back to Al-EX <br /> Please make the change to condition one, inserting the new language. Please schedule this petition <br /> in the Zoning process as soon as practicable. <br /> Thanks for your help in this matter.
