I own and operate Kaz's Flying Service. Ltd. which is a <br /> commercial agricultural aviation service in southern Wisconsin. I am the secretary/treasurer <br /> to the Wisconsin Agricultural Aviation Association, and the Wisconsin Director to the <br /> National Agricultural Aviation Association. My family and I have been involved with <br /> aviation since mid 1940. <br /> I and other operators use Verona Air Park when spraying crops in the area of Verona. <br /> Because of the bypass around Verona, the Verona Air Park's 4-22 runway has been shortened. <br /> This has an negative effect on the safety of taking off and landing of aircraft. <br /> Verona Air Park realizing this, built an longer runway (3-21) which improves safety immensely. <br /> In the interest of safety, and common sense. we would like to see runway 3-21 in operation as <br /> soon as possible. <br /> Thank you for your consideration in this issue.
