Volume 3642, page 30 of Records, and lands lying west of <br /> Kennedy Drive and South of the railroad right-of-way. <br /> See also the map attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> WHEREAS, the Owner has applied to the Town for an amendment of the Land <br /> Use District for that property within the Town Land Use Plan; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the property is currently designated in the Town Land Use Plan as <br /> part Commercial and Light Industrial Development District and part Multi-Family <br /> Residential Development District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Town has previously approved zoning changes, with specific <br /> conditions and restrictions regarding the property, which are in accordance with the <br /> requested district change; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Board has considered the recommendation of the Town Plan <br /> Commission and has determined that the Owner's request is reasonable based on previous <br /> approvals granted by this Board regarding the property; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the requested amendment is consistent with the use of property <br /> surrounding this property; and, <br /> WHEREAS, after the Land Use District is amended by the Town Board, such <br /> district change will need to be approved by the County; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Board of Supervisors of the Town of Westport, <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, hereby resolves as follows: <br /> H:\WIP\8006\86V-IOVDERS.MPD <br /> 1226951657 2 <br />
