1. The Land Use District. under. the Town Land Use Plan for the property <br /> described above and owned by the Owner shall be redesignated (as necessary) as <br /> Commercial and Light Industrial Development District under the Town's Land Use Plan. <br /> 2. This Resolution shall be appended to the Town Land Use Plan. <br /> 3. The Owner or its agents shall be allowed to present a copy of this Resolution <br /> to Dane County for its approval. <br /> 4. The amendment of the Land Use District in the Town's Land Use Plan by <br /> this Resolution does not entitle the Owner or its heirs or assigns to develop the described <br /> parcel in a manner that is inconsistent with any prior-approved zoning changes, deed <br /> restrictions and agreements relating to this property. <br /> The above and foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the Town Board of <br /> Supervisors of the Town of Westport, Dane County, Wisconsin, at a regular meeting held <br /> on November 20, 1995.
