A copy of that <br /> Resolution is enclosed for your convenience. I am writing at this time confirm that the <br /> Town's position regarding the zoning request has not changed, and the Town continues <br /> to approve of the zoning petition, subject to the restrictions and covenants originally <br /> attached to the Resolution. <br /> In addition, on November 20, 1995, the Town Board of Supervisors of the Town of <br /> Westport adopted a resolution amending the Town Land Use Plan to designate the subject <br /> property as Commercial and Light Industrial Development District. A copy of that <br /> Resolution is also enclosed for your convenience. <br /> Finally, the Dane County Regional Planning Commission ("RPC") held a public hearing <br /> on August 8, 1996,regarding the subject property. The RPC approved the Town's request <br /> to add the property to the Central Urban Service Area by adopting Resolution RPC No. <br /> 782.
