Verify to building inspector that exterior wall will comply with the <br /> requirements of IBC 705 for exterior walls and east exit door&existing window within 10'of shown exterior <br /> area for assisted rescue are properly rated&protected. <br /> • IBC 2406.4-Provide safety glazing in hazardous locations as defined in this code section. Wired glass is <br /> prohibited where safety glazing is required unless it meets CPSC safety glazing testing. Verify to building <br /> inspector that east existing window adjacent to new east exterior exit stair meets safety glazing&fire protection. <br /> Also Address <br /> • SPS 361.31(2)(d)-Provide building inspector with calculations or information to substantiate that the west <br /> window double jamb studs will conform to this code for tall end wall studs are as calculated for materials <br /> proposed,as west framing elevation does not clearly show all jamb studs as doubled. Plan does not clearly show <br /> fire barrier design up to roof from basement floor or from a rated floor&supports having proper rating as well. <br />
